Midterm Project Presentation

• Presentation should be 15 minutes long including Q&A.

• Each project group must submit the presentation slides to the instructor via email before the class meeting on Oct 21.

• Cover the following topics in the presentation:

  Topic	Questions to address
  Progress	What have you accomplished so far? What attacks, tools, experiments, or systems have you developed? What results have you obtained?
  Self-Evaluation	How does your actual progress compare with your original plan? What have you successfully achieved? What have you tried but not been able to achieve? Why did some approaches work or not work? What are the contributions of each project member?
  Remaining Work	What are the remaining goals of your project? What will you change based on what you have learned so far? What will you complete before the final presentation?
  Timeline	What is your updated timeline?

• Do not present only your plans. The presentation should include concrete evidence of your progress, such as a live demonstration, experimental results, implementation, screenshots, logs, or other technical artifacts.

• It is acceptable if some parts of your original project plan did not work. Clearly explain what you tried, what happened, why it did not work, and what you learned from it.

• Make sure to write the email in the following format:

• Presentation will be evaluated on:

  1. The concrete project progress demonstrated.

  2. The technical effort and accomplishments of the project group.

  3. The quality of the self-evaluation of the project's progress.

  4. The feasibility of the updated plan for completing the project.
